This website is for informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offering will be made only to accredited investors, through definitive offering documents, in reliance on the exemption from registration provided by Rule 506(c) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933. Rule 506(c) requires reasonable steps to verify that each investor is accredited; self-certification alone is not sufficient.

Securities offered will not be registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities regulator, and no regulator has approved or disapproved of them or passed upon the accuracy of any offering materials. Investments in privately placed securities are speculative and illiquid, are subject to transfer restrictions, have no public market, and involve the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance does not indicate future results. An interest may be in a special purpose vehicle that holds securities of a company rather than an interest in the company itself. Midas Private Capital is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Available to US persons only.
